JOHN 19:1-16

What idiots they were, the chief priests. We have no king but Caesar. What a lie, what a condemnation, what a result. As a result, Jesus was condemned and handed over to be crucified. As is common in history, leaders lie to protect themselves, but condemn others in the process. We see this in the world today.

Our current politicians make decisions without any concern for the consequences for others. All they wish to protect, sadly, are themselves and their few years in service. What happens after that is someone else’s problem. We need to make better decisions, ones that benefit all and certainly none that condemn others. Be wary of this and act accordingly.
