The most self-condemning words in history, His blood is on us and his children! These words condemned not only those who uttered it, not just that generation of Jews, but every Jew who has ever lived since! Even though Jesus forgave everyone for their role in his death, a vengeful Church has usually decided that Jews of every generation should forever be branded as ‘Christ killers’!

It stops now! Or does it? Examine yourself for unforgiveness and a vengeful heart, because God would not want you to self-condemn, because that is actually what you are doing. Look at yourself, not others, and ask if you are in a good place with God.
