Ep. 107: He knows

MATTHEW 26:1-5, MARK 14:1,2

Jesus knew that it was all going to kick off in two days time, at the Passover. He told his disciples this as an afterthought, after he had been teaching them. And it wasn’t good news he was imparting, well not for him anyway.

In these uncertain times it is easy for us to panic, thinking that events are just running away from us. It seems that every day something awful occurs and it can be too much for us sometimes. I certainly feel that way, most of the time, with the relentless increase in antisemitism in the world. But we must not fear because our God, He knows, He has it all in hand. Let’s leave the worrying to him and, instead, ask Him, what role He may have for us individually in bringing light into the world.
