Ep. 96: Keep it simple

MATTHEW 22:34-40, MARK 12:28-34

It was the Pharisee’s turn to try and trap Jesus. So they got one of their chief lawyers to ask him what is the greatest commandment in the law. Why they thought this would stump him is anybody’s guess, because his answer was impeccable, Love God, then, also, love your neighbour as yourself. That’s it, the complete law summarised so simply!

It makes you wonder how much easier life would be without so-called experts, trying to justify their existence by adding complications wherever they can. I always go by the KISS principle, Keep It Simple, Stupid! Give it a try the next time someone tries to hide a simple truth with a complicated explanation!
