THE 2026 STEVE MALTZ CROWDFUNDER

It really pains me to have to do these things but I honestly don't have any other way to get books out these days. Publishers respect me but won't touch me with a bargepole because of the subjects I write about and the "unacceptable challenges" I represent. So I have to go it alone ... with the help of my small loyal band of supporters. This year I have something really special. Not one ... not two ... but THREE books. Although I am asking for the same as last year, and I won't overload you with too many books. In short, there are two smaller books here and a biggie. The first, THE GREAT OMISSION, will be launched by the end of September. The second, A TAPESTRY OF GEFILTE FISH (the big one!) will be released November/December time and the final one, LAND OF PROMISE (provisional title) will come in January. Here are more details.

THE GREAT OMISSION (What about the Jewish people?)
Replacement Theology, the idea that the Church has replaced the Jews in God’s purposes, is a major issue, often unseen and overlooked. It is a destructive doctrine for all who follow it, as it creates an atmosphere of antisemitism and paints a very poor picture of the God Whom we love. A TAPESTRY OF GEFILTE FISH (The story of my family ... allegedly)
This is a historical saga with a difference. Beginning with one man, Yankel Cohen in Odessa in 1821, it traces the history of my family and the adventures they (supposedly) had in Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland and Eastern China! Full of action, intrigue and humour it tells a heart-warming story of four strands of my family, showing the reality of antisemitism through real-life pogroms and persecution but also shows authentic Jewish life from the inside. With a stellar cast of characters, real and imagined, it climaxes in the poor streets of Whitechapel in the early 20th century. A great Christmas/Chanukah gift and a compelling read. LAND OF PROMISE (tbc)
It is clear that the focus of the world's attention will soon be moving from Gaza to the "West Bank". Let's face it, do any of us really understand what's going on there and how it got to where it is now? This is because it is a complex story, but my task is to simplify it so that you can have an informed opinion and sufficient tools against the antisemites out there. This book traces the history from the time of Abraham and the Hebrew Scriptures, through to Judaea and Samaria and "Palestine", right up to the present. Who are the settlers? Who are the rightful owners? It's an important story that needs to be told.

The Great Omission (around 22,000 words) will be published in late September and you will get 5 copies.
A Tapestry of Gefilte Fish (110,000 words) will be published in early December and you will get 5 copies.
