The messianic world starts
here for news, views and prayer for Israel and a balanced approach to exploring
the Hebrew roots of Christianity, for Jew and Gentile.

Shalom and welcome to the Saltshakers Messianic Community. First, a little about
ourselves. We are a Jew and a Gentile, who have met our Messiah, Jesus (Yeshua)
and seek to minister to the whole body of believers, whether you call yourself
Messianic or Christian.
We promote a balanced approach to our faith walk
and we work towards a non-judgemental, caring and loving witness to both Jew and
Gentile, believer and non-believer. Our desire is to reach the following:
Gentiles who wish to learn more about the Jewish Roots of Christianity
Jews
who are curious about the claims of Jesus, the Jewish messiah.
All who love
Israel and the Jewish people and are looking for reliable information and current
news.
Our destiny is in God, our hope is in Jesus, our inspiration is through
the Holy Spirit and our guidebook is the Bible, viewed through Hebrew eyes.

Let's face it, the Web is basically
a community. Web sites can either act in isolation or form little communities
together, to mutual benefit. Well, we are trying to develop a community and the
best way that we can all grow together is to link up in all sorts of ways. And
we're going to show you how ...
LINKING TO US
Here is our Saltshakers banner - smart yet serene, don't you think? Wouldn't it
look good on your site - it would certainly help us. This banner can be yours,
to liven up your site.
All you have to do
is to copy the following red code (drag your pointer over it, while
pressing your left mouse button. Then release the button - the code will be highlighted
- then select Edit from your menu bar, then Copy from the drop down menu)
and paste it into the HTML code of your web page (you can figure
out how do do that yourself) ...
We're still eager to
do our best and depend a lot on feedback from visitors. It would be great if you
could therefore find a few moments to fill out the following questionnaire.
We are not a major ministry or a ministry initiative, we
do the best that we can with the resources that we've been given. We are blessed
by the growing active worldwide community of helpers who share our vision, Jews
and Gentiles, men and women, actively sharing their God-given gifts, whether in
teaching, prayer, evangelism, or just supporting us with their encouragement and
enthusiasm. We also thank God for those who have been moved, on occasion, to support
us financially. It all helps and we feel privileged to work alongide you all.
